| After much
experimenting I have figured out how to make
Icon Candles.
This is what I call them and the breakthrough came when I discovered how
to make my own decals.

Only one places has any candles
similar to mine but I really doubt that you will find anything
exactly like
these. Plus they are rather expensive. I looked on the Net for over an hour and didn't find
any real comparisons.
The process I am going
to show you can be
used with any image capable of being printed, using your home computer.
Because you need special paper (inexpensive) you will need to print your
own images. Other than that, the rest is easy.
Here is a general what you need, easily found for about $20.
1. An image and some very
basic photo software.
2. Special paper to print your image on.
3. A quart of special, non-toxic paint that you can probably use to
make a
thousand decals with.
4. A paint brush.
5. Scissors.
6. A candle to stick your decal to.
7. A kitchen sink.
Icon Candles can make a great
addition to your home alter. They can be given as gifts, used to
raise money for charity, etc. They
also constitute a perfect art project for kids of just about any age.
Even at age 61 I enjoy making them.
As the wick burns down into the candle, your image will glow. I have
always loved Christian Icons and I have an extensive collection. I am
also very fond of Vaishnava art. I have a
many of these pictures, too. Soon I will be making more of
both kind, and I will put some photos of them here for you to see.
Naturally, the devil is in the
details and obviously more has to be disclosed. Simply e-mail me for
the complete and free
instructions.
Eventually I plan to
put the entire process out in video format, such as on GodTube or YouTube.
