all-time favorite book. It is one of the nicest books ever written.
I am a bit amazed to look on Amazon and see dozens of different versions.

As for the book itself, it is a real gem, telling the story of a poor Russian peasant who over a hundred years ago traveled throughout the countryside visiting different monasteries searching for the proper instruction on how to fulfill the words of Lord Jesus Christ who said, to pray continuously.
