Photo taken at night with Panasonic FZ-50.   Since the original was very dark I processed the picture first by cropping away unwanted areas.  Then sent the photo to Picasa2 and used  effects (glow and shadow). Then sent picture to PhotoImpact11, using small amount of noise reduction and other color adjustments.  Finally sent it back to Picasa2 for more light adjustments.  Also use a slight blur to give it a smoky or dreamy look, which I like.  It also helps to hide noise.  After attending a lecture by Alan Ames, on the way to my car I shot this with no flash, using a hand rail to steady the camera.  It was very dark outside.
